Julius Adebayo Onietan is a rural planning and development specialist with broad training and consulting
experience spanning village-level and community-based planning; rural institutions development including
cooperatives and self-help group; rural enterprise development and management; environmental and socio-economic issues
in agricultural and rural development.
The varied experience is derived in the course of working or carrying out assignment for public and private sector
organisations, and international agencies.
