Human Resources Management for Rural Development
 
PREMISE: The resources that organisations use for production and delivery of services are land, finance, time, material and human. Of these resources, human resource is the key catalyst as it helps to activate other resources to achieve effective production and services in the rural sector. The human resources must, therefore, be continuously developed to make them competent at all times.

OBJECTIVES: This course, therefore, aims at development the skills of participants to cope with the challenges facing their organisations. At the end of the course, participants should be able to:should be able to:
